2. INDIVIDUAL PRESENTATION SKILLS COACHING

All our presentation and communication skills training can be tailored to you individually, and may involve pre-assessments, observation on-site, role-play, fieldwork, and email and phone support between sessions.

3. PERSONAL COACHING

Do you ever have the feeling that there’s more potential freedom, fun and fulfillment just waiting for you, but you have trouble accessing and/or expressing it?
Consider these questions:

Do you often feel overwhelmed and drained?
What are you doing in your life that you’ve been doing the same way for far too long?
What do you need to do more of - or less of - but just can’t seem to make those changes last (or  even get started)?
How fresh is your perspective on your relationships and surroundings?
Do you set meaningful goals, only to have them disappear as daily life gets in the way?

You will learn how to move beyond the stories (often old and stale) that you tell yourself about yourself, your life and other people. Good coaching dissolves the barriers between you and the lifestyle that you want.
Fast forward a year: what needs to shift for you to be able to look back and say "this has been my best year so far!"

The Program:

2, 3 or 4 x 30 minute coaching sessions per month (face-to-face or via telephone)
Personal Assessment Forms at the beginning of the program
Emails and ‘check-in’ calls per month between sessions
   Minimum 3 month commitment
Weekly Client Progress Log & Review to keep you focused and on track
Tools, techniques and templates, personally tailored for you

We listen to you very carefully, to find out exactly what your challenges are, and what your goals are; we look at your resources – time, money, energy, support – and help you to create ways to increase your capacity in all these areas. Our methods can be as structured or as fluid as you like.

4. Case Studies from Dynamic Results - How Coaching Can Make a Difference

Real Estate - Inexperienced New Recruit Attains Highest Achiever Status

Invited to coach a client who had commenced a totally new career as a Real Estate Sales Representative, without any previous sales involvement. The project necessitated the following and resulted in the client gaining ‘highest achiever status’ and earning 35% above the average real estate representative’s salary in her first year:

Conducted needs assessment and identified the client’s existing energy levels, motivation, focus and stamina
Designed and delivered a directional strategy to meet KPI’s and prevent burn out
Conducted a series of client conversations, with analysis, where the  client was encouraged to identify, explore and experience her own path

Trading - Detaching from the System & Gaining a 30% Return

Successfully coached a Melbourne Stock Trader who had mastered a new trading system but was finding it extremely challenging to let go of the emotional issues of practising the system’s methodologies. The project necessitated client assessment and design and delivery of a directional strategy, which focused on emotional detachment and gain of the ability to let go and trust the system, which resulted in returns of 30%.

Building Employee Confidence which Led to Negotiations on a $10M+ Contract

Successfully coached a mature female employee, who felt trapped in her job, suffering the ‘bully boss syndrome,’ generally lacked confidence, and needed assistance to reclaim a balanced life. After identification of problem areas implemented a directional strategy which had the following results for the client:

Client successfully secured a position in a completely new environment without prior subject experience and blossomed
Client implemented own tried and tested customer service and client relationship management techniques which led to current negotiations for a $10M+ contract

Business Game Play Strategy

Coached a client who was owed substantial fees but confronted with a forceful customer holding back payment; subsequently assisted client in subject analysis and preparation of a strategy which effectively isolated the problem, turned around her negative thoughts and actions and empowered her to overcome fears and difficulties, play the game and win!

Team Building

Consistently built music ensembles within senior academic circles and established cohesive teams, where individual students have constantly gained ‘high achiever’ status over the past 20+ years within Australia and the UK

Mayne Pharma - Group Coach in High Stakes Presentation

Invited to train a group of chemists and engineers to deliver a high stakes presentation to the CEO of Mayne Pharma on a special project, which needed management’s attention and support. The group, consisting predominantly of retiring and introverted individuals, needed to present the material in a dynamic, innovative way and ‘sell’ the concept. The project achieved all group objectives and necessitated the following:

Identification of individual strengths and attributes of the entire group
Voice production and delivery of practical tools for effective communication
Use of words, stories and metaphors to create images and impress critical issues

“Sarah provided excellent scripting and feedback for each of our coaching
sessions. It was specific and we all had powerful take-aways.”
Barb, Senior Manager

“Sarah’s teaching style is calm and informative. She has the ability to thoroughly answer questions so that one is able to understand in depth the logic and reasoning behind the answer.”
Lynda N, Project Manager

"In our first session, Sarah mentioned that it was possible to get results quickly through coaching; I was sceptical, but it’s proved to be true, and
I've come a lot further than I would have imagined. One of the best things about working with Sarah is that she doesn’t 'steer' you in a way of telling you what to do. The answers come from yourself – you know yourself better than anyone else, and have the solutions you’re looking for: Sarah draws these out of you. She makes suggestions too." Alison, music teacher, Melbourne

"As a coach, I would recommend Sarah as someone you can trust implicitly. She is attentive and sensitive and has the aptitude to ask the right questions in order to encourage you to dig deeper to find the answers you seek. If you are looking for a coach who is trustworthy, encouraging and empathetic, someone with whom you can immediately feel at ease – then Sarah is your ideal coach." Carolyn, Office Manager
