Our knowledge and experience from over 20 years performing on stage has given us a deep understanding of what constitutes an effective “presence”. We add coaching to our training programs for this reason: it’s been proven that when the team gets back to the office after training, very little of that training will be retained. That’s why a popular part of our programs is our on-going coaching. We don’t just stand and deliver, then leave; we help you deliver the results in the workplace. Effective growth needs time to integrate knowledge, skills and abilities.

Sarah Denholm

Dynamic Results Group works in the business, education and government sectors.

The principal, Sarah Denholm, is a Master Business Coach Graduate and holds a Masters in Music. In addition to this, her professional involvement in the area of Business Coaching and Adult Education in the commercial and tertiary sectors spans some 20+ years. During the past five years she has managed the Dynamic Results Group as Principal Director.

Responsibilities within this multi-disciplinary position, with its high client service emphasis, encompass coaching and training leaders from diverse corporate and commercial environments. Primary duties include extensive client relationship management and guidance to enable key personnel to meet objectives, overcome obstacles and achieve. Results have shown positive returns of up to 35% in the performance of sales professionals and increased returns of 30%+ in clients’ businesses.

Sarah is a certified Master Business Coach Graduate of B-Coach, an internationally recognized business and executive coach training school; a graduate of Coach U; and a life member of Leadership University, which provides management, leadership and coaching training globally.

In addition to this, Sarah has a background in the performing arts, working as a professional pianist both in Australia and overseas. She has covered a range of styles - from cocktail pianist to performing as a chamber musician in the Purcell Room, London, as one of the Park Lane Group Young Performers of the Year. She understands what is required to prepare and perform at your best “on stage”.
